No one is really the bad guy in aot, its all up to opinions. Everyone in the story is doing what they think is right. :)
Eren wants to destroy the rest of the world because everyone would continue to attack them (bcs of the titan blood/curse). The rest have a saviour complex and don't want that (even tho everyone on the titan land have been left by the rest of the world to die) so they are trying to defeat Eren and the only way for that to happen is if one side dies. So yeah nobody is right but also nobody is wrong.
