it’s not a matter of opinion. Rape is defined as “The penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.” so by this definition, yes it is rape. The fl did not consent to him penetrating her and although she stop resisting, that doesnt mean she consented
Raping her and trying to force her into giving birth to a child is just plain disgusting
