Is it a translation mistake that in this one is okamoto takahashi and in chapter 6 is okamoto youichi?

umm isn't it clear enough that okaken and okamoto is the same person.
i mean he met yuki in high school and later yuki's brother died and left him with his nephew haruto.and if im not mistaken okaken had things with shio but later hes married to a woman,an cheated on by his wife,had things witk yuki, and left behind coz yuki found yagi-san. the difference between okaken and okamoto is the hair,in the current time he cut his hair.i don't know how i feel about okaken.not that i hate him but with all of that i believed that he deserve to be left like that, lead a single life is better for him perhaps?a happy single life
So what about the confusion here?isn't its clear enough?
