to the ones saying that bum died in the end, this is a personal opinion but I don't think he did. Thinking about it irl when the green light goes for cars they start moving really slowly at first, that couldn't kill bum and the driver could see him in time too.
Now, after all he went tru I don't doubt he would kill himself sooner after this lmao ╮(￣▽￣)╭
