So you have a problem with Haesoo or Joowon? And who needs to work on himself more?

Also, the point of the story (imo) was what Haesoo felt towards Joowon. Was it love or hate? He’s tired to hate him all his life because he thought what they had was wrong and didn’t resemble a real relationship, but after his one month trial with Taku, he realized that he did all these couple things with Joowon, too. Which meant that maybe there was nothing wrong with them in the first place. Even from the title we know that this story was always about Joowon and Haesoo because hate has never been the case for Taehee.

I don’t think they ever hated each other. Haesoo loved to see Joowon mad because it made him feel like he was on top of the world. That was his confirmation that Joowon had feelings for him, so yeah.

I think you missed something while reading the story. The one who said that the idea of being in a relationship wrong was Joowon. Joowon literally said 'Don't fall for me because I won't fall for you' to Haesoo(In the past). Both of them made mistakes but Joowon was the first one to think their relationship was wrong. When Joowon drew the lines between them that day Haesoo also started to doubt his feelings.

I was talking about Haesoo breaking things off with Joowon because their relationship felt wrong. Joowon said then: “Why can’t we be wrong, then?” or something of the sort. That was the moment I was referencing.

But yeah, I agree that Joowon telling Haesoo not to fall for him was made everything fall apart. Still, I think he did what was best for them at that moment. If their parents found out then they would’ve been taken away from each other and Joowon didn’t want that.

just want to clarify that joowon didn’t say or think them being in a relationship was wrong. when he said “don’t fall for me” it’s explained a couple times he was just trying to protect them. he didn’t want them to get separated, he didn’t want haesoo to lose his mom. gotta remember the context, that joowon got between haesoo and his mom in order to protect haesoo and then the mom hit him. it doesn’t make it right for him to say and I don’t blame haesoo for being hurt by it! but joowon didn’t think them being together was wrong.

Exactly. Joowon never had a problem with the nature of their relationship. He tried to protect themselves and it backfired. He didn't approach the situation correctly and Haesoo had every right to be upset by the words.
