Call me crazy but the paradox still exist ( he deciding to go back in time the first time). And even without it he should not play games to decide who will do what or go back to when, he should do something, go back and do something else while the "he" from that time is doing what he did before going back and like that until the end, like that all of "he" would had done everything, have the same memories and abilities (like knowing english) and after go back to the time they left, not sending another "he"
