While I really liked this story, I think it would have benefited if it showed something from Takahiko's POV. We rely too much on Aoi's side of the story so we don't really understand Takahiko. Like for example how he borrowed money from Aoi as a pretext to keep seeing him. I feel like the story would be more complete than the glimpse we get when his manager tells Aoi about his return from war.
