I don't think this manga is long enough to where it'd reach a point when they have sex. I think it is shounen ai. I didn't expect him to kiss him so soon, but it isn't too soon.
Also, flighty is a word, but it doesn't mean what you want it to mean in this context.
I can still dream though. Plus i loved that kiss scene so much i just watched it again and again and again. I just get so happy seeing that
