Yeah they have that, but the most common way is to simply order/buy the raws themselves. If another scanlation group drops a series, they sometimes put the raws out for another group to continue it. It really depends on the group, but again, the most common way is to just buy the raws themselves.
It is more common to buy it themselves because of higher quality and it is illegal to upload Japanese raws online. Japan is pretty decent at taking down Japanese raws quickly.
I've been wondering, does anyone know where scanlators get their japanese raws other than buying and scanning themselves? are there any archive sites like that chinese raws one?
