At the very end they call each other by their birth names so they do know.

Like, do they ever confess to being brothers or?- Also, their dad (birth) acts a lot like Namsoo, so I’m guessing that’s how Namsoo got his personality. God, I just want moreeeeeeeeee, I’m honestly really glad that Hyeongoh is visiting Namsoo at the rehabilitation center, they’re such cute siblings.
