I don't really think he is autistic? Well its not mentioned like that and I think its only because he's personality is too robotic and he wants to do every single thing in a straight line that never changes. I think he already stated to be overly conscious!

As someone with autism let me tell you the stuff he is doing can straight up put someone in a bad place like i have issues with my schedule or my sitting spot and i have complet meltdown handling them its really exhausting and mentally draining. Some people with autism freak out and some can handel it, as well as the colour thing specific sensory things like bright colours, smell or textures can cause an overload for the brain in my case it just turns of like i dont faint specifically but i forget like several hours and can never remember them again
So on one hand the romantic interest already fucked up in my eyes lol like i know a lot of other autistic people but none actively dated someone who harassed them with stuff like that lol
But then again he himself statted that he never expected to have this kind of impact like he wasnt aware of how important a stable environment was for the MC is and he already decided to stop
(MC said it was Wednesday when he went to eat with the girl and she gave him tips so the last chapter is happening on out of touch Thursday, it didnt even last 4 days and Wednesday the werent even in a class together soooo)
