He loved his father in a parental way ( maybe more fusional because he's an only child without mother, etc ) reacted to the sexual act because of puberty, maybe, or just because everyone may react to something like that but he's a child so he has no self-control and his classmate said "it feels good". The the girl said it was disgusting ( after talking since two chapter about the fact that Shirotani has a weird relationship with his father because she's jealous ) and so, Shirotani now thinks that his love for his father is associated with sexual desire ( thank you, clever girl ) and that it's disgusting, and that's how you completely destroy child's psychology. Well-found by the author, really....even if it's definitely horrible, when you think about it only as a plot, it's great.
