Yeh it were supposed to be like that but I think author may have thought it might trigger thats why they changed a little and also gave it a feel of arabs and stuff
i think the name's supposed to be vishvendra most probably but the setting feels off like its not north india but its also not south india so i think the mangaka didnt really do their research properly
nah I think the author didn't do their resaerch well, and thought that arab= india lol
if ya'll are wondering, 'ratan' means gem/jewel
also. i think the names are supposed to be rajendra and aishwariya,,,,and vishubendra but im not sure lol
