Idk but I dont want them to have a kid yet, Dojun is just learning about his body and its clear that Taehan isn't up for a baby yet. I think they still need time to enjoy their relationship. So I hope all this can make them realize how serious is their relationship and think seriously about their future together and of course after a time skip or something they can have kids but now is just too soon for them to have babies, they are young and they havent been together for that long.
