kinda agree w the last part but i don't think he's sus, it's just that he's that much of a pushover which is not any better cause yeah, he was a bystander all along and now that the MC "transformed" and shit, he's starting to help and say that he's sorry? its all bs i agreeee
I don’t trust Ren one bit, something about characters being “innocent” and all regretful doesn’t sit right with me, he’s almost trying to play some kind of victim, but him keeping quiet about the whole thing it’s not something to take so lightly and then just apologize saying that he felt bad, it just sounds like bs to me... i hope I’m wrong
