Kim already told SH that he and the doctor did not believe NK had left and SH told him to keep his mouth shut or he'd tear his tongue out. Even if Kim learns the truth SH is unlikely to listen...
Yeah, but it didn't seem like the doctor gave any proof as to why he thinks NK didn't try to run away. And in this chapter we see that NK still has the rope mark around his wrist, so I don't get why the doctor didn't say that in the first place?
Did Mr. Kim go out to see the doctor who conveniently left out the fact that Nakyum has bruises indicating he's been bound!??
