Also you have to take harsh meds so your immune system doesnt reject the transplant. Heart transplants are known to produce subtle personality changes but not voices or memories.
You can avoid taking the immunosuppresant mess if thtranlso transplant a piece of the organ donor's immune system.
Damn I hate this tablet...stupid predictive text and messing with words when I delete something...anyways I know a person whose body rejected his lung transplant and died recently. It would be really impossible for a person to be able to run and feel so energetic while taking immunosuppressants...which I assume is the case otherwise he'd have mentioned taking part in a groundbreaking successful immune system / heart transplant procedure...well whatever I still like this manga!

iI hate to be the one to break the hype about this manga, but, an organ transplantation in this case the heart, does not really transfer the feelings or memory of the donor, same with eyes or any other organ donation. It's still the brain, the hypothalamus in particular. bruh. So what's up with the plot?
