Sorry but i kind lost. Are both ciel's name is ciel? Uh what is ciel's twin(the one with undertaker) name?

The twin that was just introduced is called ciel but the ciel we know claimed that name so we don’t actually know his real name yet

The Ciel we have known since the beginning is not actually called ciel. He used his dead brother's name to gain his title of lord. We still don't know his real name

It hasn't been confirmed yet. The most popular name's i've heard so far are Astre, Noel and Sirius. But yana hasn't confirmed it.
