Pretty much, although somehow they seem way more submissive to him/her now, not touching arbitrarily — he’s/she’s like the head of the family now or something? I’m glad to at least see the crown prince gone (although he may come back later) and the coupley vibes with his/her dark skinned friend.
Okay I may be going over my head now but I’d be glad if the friend liked he/she on the previous male form too. But even if that isn’t so he’s still got points for me for at least not having nothing to do with her forcibly being turned into a woman.

After a time skip apparently she birthed three children, the eldest one from the first prince (I'm assuming this because he's the spitting image of 1st prince) and the other two from her friend (may be twins, a boy and a girl). I don't know where the first prince is or if he died (wouldn't care if he did die tho lmao) but didn't see he on chapter 18.
There's a surprisingly exclusive couple vibe with her dark skinned white haired friend, wonder if this will last. At least the other princes on chap 18 didn't seem to touch her and the black haired prince (the one with the crazy look) refrained from touching the protagonist with this guilty look and seemed jealous of her and her friend.
There's a surprisingly cute panel of her friend sleeping on a big bed with the three children, IDK if she's still banging other guys but he looks pretty main wife for now. Still don't get how come he's living in the palace but oh well.
I'll admit I like the friend the most and would be happy if she indeed was with him exclusively but with this kind of manga it's probably impossible.
