They are brothers, the dad is a half wildcat it was mentioned on a call (small panel) where the trio went to hawaii
honestly, it was not very clear to me ... I do not remember that they had specified that they were brothers or father and son, but that even if they did not have the same blood, he remained his son. the fact is that he could have continued by giving an explanation of how instead of being a lion, like his father and brother, the smallest is an African cat.
I love this story and all its spinoffs! however I am convinced that it is incomplete we could still tell something. like in the end the DNA test didn't want to do it, so it's not known for sure if they are brothers or why an African cat came out. also the story between the two could have different implications.
