ok so i saw this somewhere, but i can’t quite remember all the details

it was about a girl who went to college far away bc she didn’t want her boyfriend to know she got pregnant, but this made her boyfriend think that she was avoiding him, so he cheated. they somehow met up in college, and that’s when he realized she had a baby (?)
