I'm new to all of this so can someone explain to me how chapter 18 is up on here when I can't purchase it on Lezhin yet? This seems to be the official English version too, but I can't buy it.

I’m pretty sure the uploader has been buying the chapters off Tappytoon instead, I just checked both Tappytoon & Lezhin and Tappytoon Currently has all chapters up to 18.
