I think they came for the guy mentioned in Room 601. It could be Sudou and that jerk of Sakazaki came again to save him! I don't think Akihito will be harmed in this chapter. It's too early for that.

it seems some men are covering hands with gloves (not to leave fingerprints) and wearing gas masks..... they also have a probably oxygen tank and we see the nurses are surpised noticing what looks like smoke.......who are those men and what are they up to? Kidnapping Akihito maybe? It's going to be exciting! Don't think they are medical staff.......
