Just telling you, it's not super hard to take screenshots of the officially translated webtoon,

but if it's a scans group translating it they will have to get all the raws, when they get/ find the raws they will have to translate it, after translating comes proof reading. after that they will need the cleaner to clean all the pages to the raws of that chapter, the typesetters can then add the translated texts after the cleaner is finished. After the typesetting us finished, they will have to quality check the pages so the readers can read comfortably.

After that's done, they will have to upload all the pages to the site they keep all the pages, and send the link of each page from the site to mangago

Please understand that the process will most likely take over a month (unless very experienced)

Even if it sounds easy, it isn't
