I would wait a bit longer for a chapter rather than pay more. If there's only 3 uploads/month for instance, with longer chapters, I would be satisfied. I am pretty sure the author would be relieved as well. It must be very stressful for her to fulfill the one week deadline each time. That way everybody will be happy! But then again, there's money in the line ://
That's one option as well, but I'm not a very patient person, I'd rather pay more for a popular title if it means I can get it sooner (づ￣ ³￣)づ
Idk about you, but if I think the writing is so bad, I wouldn't come back every week, not even for the art, and not even for free. Too many good webtoons out there with great art to bother with a shit story. I wouldn't feel so emotional every time I finished a chapter. If author can bring out all kinds of emotion from just a single chapter, I'd say she did a really good job.
I didn't quite like the fact that some chapters are terribly short though. I wouldn't mind paying more for a proper length if it's worth it, but I suppose not everyone would like that very much.
