I think she left Momo because she had dreamed of having a family(kinda the dream she envisioned to live in maybe). What I took away from it was that her dream of starting a family blind-sighted her from her love for Momo. I also think it has to do with her fear of loneliness. I'm not 100% sure if that's right, but that's how I interpreted it.

Can please someone explain to me why did Midori leave Momo right after they graduated? Is it because they need to wake up from their dream and start acting like adults?
