my explanation to the ending

i might be assuming and it might be all bullshit but I reckon jinyoo got kidnapped again and was murdered by the creepy shit and the narration for the last chapter was what the lawyers and stuff were saying in court because in the last chapter the overall tone of it was in third person. but idk this is how I interpreted it
