I actually enjoyed that. Lol. Ah, but I can read Japanese. So the lack of translation after chapter 1 didn't really affect me. In fact, I forgot half-way through that I wasn't reading it in English any more. lol. I can see how it's not everybody's cup of tea, but it's actually pretty fairly light-hearted and funny. Understanding what's going on probably helped it be less horrifying though. haha. As with all yaoi, it should be taken with a grain of salt. Don't judge it too harshly. It's technically a doujinshi, anyway, so some fan somewhere made it. That is all. :)

I embarrass myself a lot on the internet, but then realise no one knows who I am IRL so it's all good (●'◡'●)ノ

It's when you can feel the awkwardness from something even though it has nothing to do with you. Like in a book when there's an awkward moment you can almost feel the awkwardness.

    Chibi-chan December 17, 2015 2:13 am

YES that's what I have. Its curable right?

    Cyrano December 17, 2015 3:29 pm

LOL! 2-hands embarrassment. I like that. In my language, we have an expression that means about the same: literally translated, "substitute shame". Like when you see somebody on tv make a fool of himself without realizing it, and you feel ashamed in their place.
About Japanese: everybody who's fond of manga hates being unable to read Japanese. I can read hiragana, but I can't read kanji. There simply are too many of them! I know about a hundred... that's not nearly enough :-( I keep studying, though... never give up, kids...

Ow! I suggest you start reading about the history of Asian scripts, to understand how they got conceived. Kanji is Chinese, it's totally ancient. Japan adopted it long long ago, and invented hiragana on top because some Japanese words can't be written in kanji. Korean script (Hangul) was composed by a Korean king a few centuries later, based on kanji, but better adapted to the Korean language. He created a sign for each sound of the Korean language, whereas kanji has a sign for each thing that exists in the world, so there are far less Hangul (Korean kanji) than Hanzi (Chinese kanji). But Korean being an Indochinese language, it’s tona: each word can mean at least 4 different things, depending on the pitch, just as in Chinese. Hard!!! Also like Chinese, there are no grammar rules at all, nothing to hold on to... Japanese however is a normal language with grammar rules like ours. Perfectly doable. Talking isn’t hard, reading is, because of the kanji. If the Japanese wrote in just hiragana, it would be a breeze to read all the manga ourselves!

oops: I lost an L! "Korean being an indochinese language, it's tonal". that's what had to be there. A mouse ate the L... ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

    Chibi-chan December 18, 2015 2:39 am

Thanks teach I'll try my best to but i?'m already learning a language 2 in fact.

    Cyrano December 18, 2015 5:36 pm

    What's your language 1? English? And what's the 2?
My 1 was Dutch. 2 was French. 3 was English. 4 was Latin; 5 was German (never got very far in that one) and 6 was Japanese... together with Spanish, Italian... all dabbling, really. 1,2 and 3 I still manage without problems; 4 I loved, but forgot for a big part... never goes away completely though... and 6, I still am studying. Never give up! Ganbatte yo!

    Chibi-chan December 18, 2015 10:50 pm

1 papaimento 2 Spanish and since I have two more here u go 3 dutch 4 English I'm prepared to make Japanese my 5 th.

    Cyrano December 19, 2015 12:47 am

Papiamento! So you're from Aruba! How is the Dutch coming along? Gaat het Nederlands goed? Judging by the way you're writing English, I conclude you're rather gifted for languages. You young? Girl, boy? (that makes actually a difference, you know... girls are favored by Nature for languages)
To begin with, I'd start with Japanese. Never mind Korean, stick to 5 to begin with. Success! (●'◡'●)ノ
