I vaguely remember that the rich guy had never loved anyone before. They only wanted him for his money. I think after the truth came out he met with the directors and the poor guy was uncomfortable and out of place. It was one of the first yaois i ever read and that was years ago. Thanks.

I know! I really want to read it badly. I also remember the regular guy wanting to leave him cos he suddenly felt he was not worthy, even though he had been letting this rich guy stay with him for free and assuming he had nowhere else to go. Will keep looking and post the name if i find it.
