I'm reading these comments wondering how people thought they made sense when they wrote them like.... how are you blaming him for stuff he never actually done, like make it, make sense. She isn't who she used to be and neither is he, how can any one with eye's not see that... Yeah he's being selfish, but so is she, he don't want to let her go, and even though she clearly knows how he feels, instead of really acknowledging his feelings, rejecting him, and distancing herself, she'd rather swear an oath of love and loyalty, and downplay his feelings as fleeting, I mean neither of them is perfect, but I believe their feelings for each other are genuine, and he shouldn't be judged for decisions he hasn't even made, like so much has changed from the original timeline, but no one seems to understand that fact, not even her, and if you couldn't tell, I'm of the rare few that actually want them to find a way to happiness together, and I think they can.

At this point idrc who she ends up with as long as she’s happy. Yall shitting on the current emperor despite him not being the same as the one from tia’s memories. If she wants to be with him that’s her decision and hers alone. We have no say so because it’s her life. Regardless she’s going to end up with him even if u want her to or not. And I know if she followed what she did in the past all of it would’ve been the same. But she didn’t. She changed her future and made him a better person than he was from back then.
