I found out about the ending from a comment about the suicide note/letter and he’s reminiscing the disgusting things that he’s done to her, it’s inexcusable really because he loved her. It’s a pathetic excuse?? I’m conflicted because some scenes in the manga show he’s not entirely cold hearted it seems like he cares for her, but that’s his unhealthy twisted idea of obsession Not love.
