The funny thing is that we actually got to understand Sangwoo and it ended at around 68 episodes, this series has 60+ episodes and still has no development

Sorry for the late reply! I think I might’ve worded it wrong, but what I meant was that Sangwoo never had a redemption at the end. A lot of readers wanted Yoonbum and Sangwoo to have a happy ending, but that didn’t work out of course. It’s the same for this manhwa. Seungho might not have a redemption and might not end up with Nakyum. I feel like that outcome is more realistic, considering how these past 60+ chapters have gone.
Koogi actually made it very clear that Sangwoo and Yoonbum were a horrible couple. It showed a pattern of abuse. Painter of the night does that similarly but it feels like the creator isn't going fit the whole abuse angle. She includes SO MANY s3x scenes and it feels like it's glorifying rape to me and just trying to be dramatic but leave enough room to suddenly make Seungho a totally different person who Nakyum loves (even though their relationship is horrible!)
But yeah I completely see what you're saying! I just hope Nakyum doesn't end up with Seungho, no matter what that exactly means. I really don't know which direction the creator is going since it jumos everywhere! I really just wamt to see Nakyum happy :/

Honestly, same. I feel like Seungho and Nakyum are not a good match, especially since there’s a clear power imbalance between them. Also, I really dislike the rape trope in Yaoi but it’s already happened so often in this manhwa :///
THANK YOU It's sooo toxic, Seungho literally has all the traits of an abuser and it's literally so sad to see. All the characters around him do nothing and it just seems like Nakyum is supposed to like Seungho when it's probably just stolkholm syndrome
I don’t want to drop this, but Seungho is such an unlikable character. I was hoping to see his character develop, but it looks like we’re getting a Sangwoo 2.0...The sad thing is, I love the art style and I do support the artist on Lezhin, but I just don’t enjoy the direction the story is taking ://
