... Not to be mean, but there is a lot of wrong statements and informations in your arguments. Ji-eun, for instance, had nothing to do with the poisoning of the first timeline, be it of Ruve or Tia. And indeed it is Ruve, not Rave. He did not fall in love with Ji-eun in the second timeline because there was nothing to love. She did not suit his taste at all anymore (she is the new Tia of the second timeline is more than one way) and she could not fake her affection for him. Not only Ruve but also his father realized very quickly that she hate him and recent him for some reason. She could not hid it well enough. All of those mistakes impact the credibility of the rest of the demonstration.
You guys do realize that the Rave in Tia’s present life is different than the Rave in her past life, right?
I understand why people might see my opinion as unpopular but I will defend it and Rave, even though I do see other’s points in why they would be against me.
1. The death of Tia’s baby was because of the poison that Jieun had secretly been giving her. You can see it in the chapter when she talks about how the symptoms were similar to those she felt when she was pregnant and had that miscarriage. But, I do not think Rave in her past life is innocent, he did force himself onto her and that in itself is cruel. (Plus the other stuff he did lets not forget that.)
2. I replied to another person with this point, but I think that even though Rave was a horrible person in Tia’s last life, he is a much different person now. The character development can be seen and Tia even realizes this herself when she argues with Jieun defending her opinion that “people change” and even says herself that she too has changed.
3. I personally don’t think Rave should be condemned by the readers for his past life. Yes, he did those monstrous things and Tia is often held back by this, but it is important to note that those lives are two completely different lives. The Rave we see now is not the same Rave we know now because the environment he grew to age in and his relationship with Tia is much different. You can even see this in the way he rejects Jieun, EVEN THOUGH he was supposed to fall in love with her immediately after meeting her. And secondly, instead of going with the kings ruling for the empress and queen he combats it, which is clearly a sign of change seeing that both Tia and Jieun did not expect it.
4. This is not a tale of revenge. To me this is a story about change and overcoming obstacles that to a person facing them may seem impossible to overcome. While Tia makes a new life for herself and does what she believes is the right thing, she is also battling herself and you have to realize that she deep down knows that there is change to be made when you yourself have changed as well.
Sorry for the rant but this story has my brain fired up.
