Hmm about the prison situation.. The cases one usually hears about, are rape. Is really unlikely that straight guys become guy, but I'm not saying impossible. The second one... Completely agree with you. There is no straight seme or uke. So long as they willingly sleep with other men and enjoy it they are not straight. Perhaps bi at most or pan but not straight.
