Trying to find this yaoi. I don't really remember the plot, all I know is that it had a rich seme who fell in love with the main character who was the uke. He liked how he was genuine to him and didn't treat him special because he was rich. The specific scene I do remember is a flashback the seme had - he was dating another guy at the time and he overheard him talking to another guy. They said something like, "Oh I heard you're dating (seme)- good for you, he's so rich!" and the seme's ex-boyfriend was like "yeah, I know!" and it made the seme not trust people.
