I think the story was quite good.. The seme was a broken kind of guy.. He's good, gentle and all, but keeps people at a distance, so he might come off as insensitive.. His friend was the one who seemed more messed up to me.. Loving someone who can't let go of their past feels like a heavy burden.. (As someone who doesn't like troublesome things I wouldn't work so hard to get someone like that)
