Basically, what’t happening is that in the past past pasttt chapters, Cain’s been getting weak bc of the bullet in his heart. So the doctor came and offered help. Since Sid is a backstabber, and wanted Cain to die, he came and was like “oh cain this doctor is fake. As far as I know, he was already dead.” (Ofc he didnt say it like that lmao) He was the one that killed one of the clones of the doctor, which he thought WAS THE ACTUAL DOCTOR. (confusing ik). Then cain was like “do you know everyone has been suspicious of you nowadays? Tell me the truth!” (Again, he didnt say it like that) and so he was exposeeedddd. He left (idk I dont remember anymore IM SO SORRY) and the doctor finally did the surgery. He needed Joon’s human soul to get the bullet off. So he put the two in sleep. And in their conciousness, they met and had a spicy spicy moment. Cain was regaining power when they were doing ‘it’ so he was like MASSIVE, HUGE!! Like VERYYYYY HUGE. So he left joon like a crying mess like the bad bitch he was. (LOLLL). Meanwhile, on the real world, some kind of war was happening (HAHAHAH) bc the demons of satan wants to stop the surgery bc cain will get stronger and they dont want that. So the pow pow pow and red glowing ball shits was happening. Meanwhile, again, on their conciousness, cain had to left bc he had enough power and he no longer need to be with joon in their conciousness. He left joon with the doctor, bc if he stay with him, his soul might absorb his power and die. He left and did his shit. When joon regain consciousness, they flew awayyyyy.
