sorry i’m not completely sure either but i think it’s bc he and all the servants are afraid of being blamed- if i’m not mistaken, the other servant begged the doctor to not say a word bc it’d circulate back to them and they’d all be punished and/or killed - for not telling lord seungho in the first place and just in general but i think they’re all just scared
