I think the idea of Yse making all of them do this and transforming and recreating a whole building for her and getting all of them to act and look like that is just so unlikely that Maise hasn't thought of that yet, especially since she's in a novel and ig that anything can happen there, so she just goes with the thought that it's probably supposed to be like that and she just hasn't got used to it yet but idk i do hope that she'll figure out soon that it's a bit off even for a novel
