i started reading the novel last night (im in chap 45 alreadh and there were huge discrepancies from the manhwa. not gonna lie, i like the flow of the story in the novel more.

The novel is the original story. The mangaka usually change the story to add humor to it or shorten the chapter since it's hard for them to draw some parts.

It's better to read from the start since the novel is a lot better than the manhwa. The manhwa will just draw the important parts (the gist of the chapter) of the novel so some parts of the story will be cut off.
