Extensive review of the story flaws (in my opinion)

At Some point the story was getting a little too much. The repetitive plot of Ha Ji getting beaten up by everyone... although I did enjoy reading it seen as I’ve spent two sleepless nights on it lol.
I think it will be a memorable manhwa I’ve read, but definitely not one of my favorites.

Now let’s get into the storyline. I found it extremely disturbing that Te Hu called a literal fresh born baby ‘sexy’. Can’t get that scene out of my mind; it’s haunting. Even if it is the reincarnation of your lover or soulmate at that, it is highly disturbing for anyone in their right mind to call a baby sexy. My lord...
I found this whole reincarnation relationship between them undoubtedly creepy. She even kissed him as just a child below the age of 5 and he seemed to enjoy it quite a bit as well. They should’ve just time-skipped to an appropriate age for them to develop such feelings towards one another and engage in physical contact. If that were to be the case, It would’ve been an 18 year old girl with a 36 year old man. Still much better than a 27 year old man with a literal toddler. Ehem, idk what went through the author’s mind while writing their story...

I feel like the crudeness and obsessiveness of Han Seo
With Ha Ji kind of got dragged out. He seemed to love her enough to go crazy, but would have her forcefully gang raped, beaten, killed and such not only once, but continuously throughout the whole storyline. I understand him being a twisted man, but his actions very much contradicted his desires and emotions.
His regrets left me feeling empty and bad for him, but then there he goes again... when will he change, was the ultimate question. Although I didn’t really want him to give up on Ha Ji, or more like I wanted Ha Ji to be more accepting towards his feelings for her. Definitely should’ve changed his methods of persuading at some point.
Often times, I found myself shipping Ha Ji with him. Their personalities suit each other and a romantic relationship between them would’ve been very racy and exciting, although toxic. I still can’t decide if I ship her more with Han Seo or Sin Uoo.
About him becoming an actor... Not sure if I’m the only one feeling this way, but I found his career choice to be quite disappointing. I imagined him to become some badass big underground name, but an actor? With all that gangsta potentiaal... is kinda lame.

Now about our MC, Ha Ji. Would’ve liked her kind of ‘disgusting’ personality to be toned down a bit at times. We also never really got to see her looking pretty and all dressed up. Which is quite regrettable.
She had too many flaws, but another main flaw would be her greediness/selfishness. She was consciously hurting Han Seo by choosing Sin Uoo over him, and yet wasn’t willing to let him go and was binding him down. She is the main reason for all the misfortune falling upon her. We get Han Seo being a maniac and there is no excusing that, but if you payed attention, it was hinted at her actually being aware of such affairs and yet choosing to act naive in order to deflect responsibility. I’m glad she got called out in the end at the hospital for her greediness and finally being forced to leave that maniac alone. Poor boy also regained some peace at last.
