Misaki had a realistic fear of both the men interested in him due to both having girlfriends. He had a lot to lose being gay while in his mind they were bisexual meaning they could leave him for a woman. It was through slowly building trust, something he lacked due to that first guy, that he could cautiously step forward. I respect this realistic portrayal really.
well said. I just wished for a more satisfying ending, it was more of a like "lets see where this goes"
Did you read the sequel? Only 2 chapters but will give you some of that ( I just read it) made me wince and sad smile seeing how I was right in Misaki's insecurities
