Disinfectant alcohol containers like that actually exist. I forgot the brand name but I do remember owning one. Although the nozzle in the panel is a bit too small for that that type of spray. hehe

The spray you're thinking of is Bactine. It comes in an almost triangle shaped, cyan and white bottle. However, Bactine's selling point is that it is a painless disinfectant because it does not contain alcohol. Thus, the reference to "it's going to be painful" and "we need to use alcohol disinfectant" are both incorrect.
