Maybe “ Inari, Konkon, Koi Iroha.”? It was bittersweet tears. Happiness for their joy but also sorrow. Also “ReLIFE”. Hard to recall all of the ones I had tears of joy with off the top of my head.

Ohhh I remember feeling emotional while reading this too since I remember the story being beautiful. One of the stories I definitely have to reread too ╥﹏╥. I’ve never seen the anime, but source material is usually better. You don’t really need to view both, imo, but if you want to, anime first. Then you’ll enjoy the second even better and won’t be disappointed by the anime the first go around.
