idk from my pov i thought the ML is like immortal or smtg and the FL have been reincarnated many times. Hence why ML kinda has a line that was like "seen many versions of you.."
on second thought, maybe the ML can like travel through alternate realities where FL does not die. And FL have different appeareance because her parents are different. Like maybe 'blonde FL' is an orphan and went to war with ML

I think they lived in couple different life as different person with same/similar appearance. Otherwise there are no explanation as to why her hair colour are different...
