This was a different story, deeper and more introspective than I thought it would be. Even tho the ending felt a little rushed and frustrating, my main problem was the author kept explaining their life long struggles and resulting quirks repeatedly. As if we couldn't remember. The girl at the end with the dangling string reminded me of the spinning top in the movie Inception. It's a teaser for a brain loop for the readers.. just my opinion.
