I agreeeee, this can turn out to be a typical end of them getting together again eventhough this is something wuite unforgivable. Or it can be more realistic and unique where he finds someone who treats him better. The story is really good either way to me tho- I was shookith when he kept beating him XD
The uke is going to have his baby, Keith will suddenly change, and they will likely live happily ever after
Honestly, the seme can just go die at this point. I hope the uke finds someone better, however, I think the seme and uke will end up together anyways. So my only hope is that he isn't easily forgiven by the uke
