Why isn’t she standing up for herself like speak tf up

Bro, this thing happens to her REGULARLY. Everytime there's smth wrong, or doesn't meet their standard, they would go running to her, shitting words on her. How the hell is she supposed to speak up when they're not even gonna listen to her. They would only listen to her when someone who's better than them stands up for her. Also, maybe I'm wrong but your way of interpreting ur words kinda sound like you're victim blaming. Although, I do understand that it is a bit annoying, but if a swarm of unknown people suddenly came to you, yelling and crying about something you've never even done, you probably won't be able to stand up for yourself, since you're not ready for it, it just happens so suddenly you dont even have the time and calmness in you to be able to explain without stuttering. >:(
