Right when they stabbed Noro's face thinking that the guy would be a goner... Noro basically killed all CC investigators there? So Haise's squad is all gone?
I think this will give Haise the desire to go hunt Aogiri down... and the whole of Tokyo Ghoul plot will repeat itself. He gotta protect the people he holds dear.
I can feel Kaneki coming back soon.
