I've been reading mangas for years and Yakusokuo no neverland is by far my favorite.
Its incredible and has super dynamic action scenes (especially in the middle and end of the story)
It has just enough tragic scenes as well.
Overall The story is very deep with all kinds of interesting characters and there is no romance (wich I think is a good point because that means the story doesn't need romance to be interesting and that's pretty rare nowadays)

I recommend the anime too but the anime doesn't show everything that's in the manga so I think the manga is better.
The artstyle of the manga is very interesting too
